This project is a modular device for producing liquid carbon dioxide products for oil displacement purposes by utilizing the reverse exhaust gas from the mixed oil produced by the carbon dioxide gas well after carbon dioxide fracturing. According to the data analysis of the gas and the product requirements of the target, the device consists of processes such as separation, drying, residual cold recovery, liquefaction purification, etc., to produce carbon dioxide products that meet the quality requirements. The production process of this device adopts a closed process for operation, so it is a safe and environmentally friendly pry block device that complies with the relevant unified regulations of our company. Secondly, this device is a movable pry block device, which greatly reduces the cost of carbon dioxide gas wells and achieves considerable benefits and social benefits, adhering to our company's principle of conservation, environmental protection, and circular utilization.

The following picture shows the factory and on-site testing photos of the CO2 return and exhaust project. Our company dispatched technical personnel to the site to provide guidance on the external connection pipeline of the device, conduct pre commissioning training, perform linkage commissioning between the device and the supporting chiller unit, and debug the drying system of the device. We confirmed that all indicators of the CO2 return and exhaust project met the design requirements. This project separates the oil products produced by CO2 flooding in our oilfield on-site and then recycles them, greatly reducing the cost of oil flooding and significantly reducing energy consumption, making a contribution to China's oil flooding industry.
